Provision of Service

The SuperBuySell5.com website provides a reimbursement platform for participation in online and offline market research surveys at www.superbuysell5.com - hereinafter referred to as SuperBuySell5.com

Registration Rules

2.1. Using Super SuperBuySell5.com requires login/registration as a user. Users have no right to participate. Super SuperBuySell5.com reserves the right to reject registration applications without stating reasons.

2.2. Only real persons with full legal capacity residing in participating survey countries may use the service. Minors aged 14 and above may participate only with the legal consent of their legal guardians. Other minors, persons without legal capacity, and legal entities may not register on Super SuperBuySell5.com. Additionally, only one account per person is allowed, and it is recommended that each household register only one account.

2.3. By registering on Super SuperBuySell5.com, users accept the terms and conditions and privacy policy of Super SuperBuySell5.com and acknowledge their legal validity.

Registration

3.1. Registration is free and does not incur any financial obligations.

3.2. During the registration process, user's personal information will be requested. Users are obligated to complete all data accurately and truthfully.

3.3. If a user's personal information changes, the user is obligated to update their profile promptly or contact our support team.

Survey Participation

4.1. Users earn virtual points on Super SuperBuySell5.com by answering so-called "surveys." Points are named in the local currency of the user's country to help users understand that these points can be exchanged for real gift cards and certificates. The value of these points may change at any time and does not necessarily match the real currency of the user's country. Points can be exchanged through the redemption section. Users can earn additional points through promotions, referring friends, increasing user levels, and other activities on Super SuperBuySell5.com. Compensation will be displayed in the respective activities and represents the maximum compensation.

4.1.1. Super SuperBuySell5.com cannot guarantee the identification of survey participation (hereinafter referred to as "tracking"). Some tracking will be completed by research partners of our system (possibly through intermediate suppliers). However, if tracking is unsuccessful (failure/loss), users should report the issue to Super SuperBuySell5.com user support via the contact form within 7 business days.

4.1.2. The actual number of points is calculated individually based on the amount paid to us by the project research partners. Therefore, in some cases, the actual points for participation may not correspond to previously displayed approximations. However, this should be an exception, and users are also welcome to contact our user support in such cases.

4.1.3. Unless otherwise stated, Super SuperBuySell5.com and research partners do not require verification, and user participation will be credited to their account immediately.

4.1.4. False Registration and Misrepresentation

Users must not engage in so-called "false registration" and/or misrepresentation. Misrepresentation includes:

User intentionally provides false information.
Unauthorized use of another person's personal information
Use of so-called abandoned or disposable email addresses (also known as spam).
Dual registration using the same data in campaigns
Excessive speed in completing surveys
Random clicking of answers during surveys
Use of VPN or proxy services
Not providing truthful and honest answers, or completing questionnaires by causing other damage to our research partners that has a certain value

If users still engage in fraudulent activities when completing surveys or during registration, Super SuperBuySell5.com has the right to exclude the user from any related services of Super SuperBuySell5.com . Additionally, we allow deletion of user account balances generated through fraudulent activities.

4.1.5. Survey Compensation

4.1.5.1. Generally, the relevant research partner will confirm participation in the survey immediately. However, in individual cases, it may take some time for participation to be confirmed.

4.1.5.2. Each research partner may also reject survey participation after the fact, such as rejecting false registration. Rejected survey participants will not receive compensation.

4.1.5.3 Super SuperBuySell5.com cannot influence the time required for survey verification. This is entirely determined by the survey partner. Super SuperBuySell5.com will make every effort to ensure fast and immediate settlement.

Payment

5.1. We currently can only pay generated income through our voucher partner Tremendous.com (or other similar services that allow voucher/money redemption worldwide). These voucher partners may not only allow voucher payments but also PayPal payments within a certain period. However, our partners cannot always guarantee that the payment method or voucher type you previously selected will be permanently available, but we always strive to maintain as many options as possible worldwide. Voucher partners or other third parties (e.g., PayPal) may charge additional fees for cash payments.

5.2. Before payment, Super SuperBuySell5.com will review the relevant user account according to Section 4 and may refuse payment if violations are found.

5.3. Our goal is to process payments in real time/instantly, but it is also possible that payments may take up to 60 days after the payment request. Payment is subject to not requiring the execution of Section 4 and no other abnormal circumstances occurring.

5.4. In special cases, Super BuySell may require identity verification before processing (voucher) payments, usually verification of your phone number.

5.5 Tax Liability: You expressly acknowledge and agree that points or rewards earned on the Super BuySell panel may be subject to taxation. Compliance with applicable tax regulations is the sole responsibility of the member.

5.6 Point Validity: Points are valid for one year (12 months) from the date they are earned. If points are not used during this period, they will automatically expire and be removed from your account.

Furthermore, if you delete your account, all your points will immediately expire and be forfeited.

Super BuySell will not issue any notice regarding the cancellation or forfeiture of your points. Super BuySell reserves the right to modify these cancellation and forfeiture policies at its sole discretion.

Member Referrals

Super SuperBuySell5.com members can recruit new members. In the referral program, users receive additional level points and rewards for each member they recruit. Rewards depend on the activity of the referred member and can be adjusted during temporary promotions. Please check the referral settings within your Super SuperBuySell5.com account for the latest details and promotions.

6.2. Super SuperBuySell5.com reserves the right to adjust the recruitment plan at any time based on current market conditions.

6.3. You can see an overview of recruited members and their activities in the statistics.

6.4. Super SuperBuySell5.com reserves the right to terminate the referral program at any time without stating reasons.

Liability

7.1. Super SuperBuySell5.com is not liable for any losses incurred due to participation in surveys or partner registration.

Data Protection

8.1. User's personal data is stored. Data will be retained until Super SuperBuySell5.com ceases to provide services, the user deletes their user account, or Super SuperBuySell5.com blocks the user account. The complete privacy policy can be found here.

Reservation Clause

9.1. If a provision of these terms is invalid, it does not affect the validity of the other provisions. If any provision of these terms is only partially invalid, the remaining parts shall remain valid. The parties must replace the invalid provision with a valid provision that comes closest to achieving the purpose of the invalid provision.
